Erasmus (European Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students) is an EU funding programme that enables European students to spend a semester abroad in one of the 34 participating programme countries (27 EU countries plus the UK, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Serbia and Northern Macedonia) .
The exchange places of the programme are subject-specific. As a student at RUB, you can study at foreign universities where there is an Erasmus cooperation with your department.
You will not incur any costs for your stay at a foreign higher education institution; any tuition fees will be waived through the funding programme. In addition, you will receive funding to cover your costs for the duration of your stay.
